Stamper and Steinle

Deanna Marie Stamper of Kingsport, Tenn., and the Rev. Marshall David Steinle of Knoxville, Tenn., plan to be married in October 2013 at Colonial Heights Christian Church.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Michael and Jann Stamper of Kingsport, and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Ray Stamper of Olive Hill, Ky., Mrs. Eleanor Holbrook of West Liberty, Ky., and the late Mr. Earl R. Holbrook. She received a bachelor of science degree in marketing management from East Tennessee State University, where she was a member of Alpha Phi Omega. She is employed at Bank of Tennessee as their marketing and public relationship specialist. She is a member of the Tri-Cities Public Relations Society of America; Northeast America Advertising Federation; and national, state and local member of RID Inc. — Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf Inc.

The bridegroom-to-be is the son of Michael and Marilyn Steinle of Knoxville, and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Richard D. Steinle of Knoxville, the late Mr. James A. Milnes, and the late Mrs. Lilly Milnes. He received a bachelor of science degree in marketing from East Tennessee State University and a master’s of divinity degree from Erskine Theological Seminary in Due West, S.C. He is the senior pastor at Reedy Creek Presbyterian Church, Kingsport.
