Lumpkins and Davidson

Rachel Ann Lumpkins of Mount Carmel, Tenn., currently living in Knoxville, Tenn., and Joshua Mark Davidson of Maryville, Tenn., currently living in Knoxville, plan to be married at 2:30 p.m., Oct. 12, 2013, at First Baptist Church Alcoa, Alcoa, Tenn.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Eddy and Patricia Lumpkins of Mount Carmel, and the granddaughter of Marjorie Lumpkins of Church Hill, Tenn., the late William C. Lumpkins, Charles Edd Wagner of Mount Carmel, and the late Mary Ann Wagner. She graduated from Dobyns-Bennett High School in 2000 and received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee in 2005. She is employed as a retail manager in Knoxville, and is a member of First United Methodist Church, Church Hill.

The bridegroom-to-be is the son of Mark and Jan Davidson of Maryville, and the grandson of Lois E. Gregory of Alcoa, the late Roy G. Gregory, and the late Clayton and Elizabeth Davidson, formerly of Alcoa. He graduated from William Blount High School, Maryville, in 2002, and is employed in information technology in Knoxville. He is a member of First Baptist Church, Alcoa.
