A man who allegedly chased down his parents and cut their vehicle off in the middle of the road Sunday in Bulls Gap because he wanted more money has been charged with felony reckless endangerment and vandalism.

She claimed her mother had woken her up to go to church, with the teen saying she was too tired to attend after working late the night before. The suspect, age 40, then returned to her daughter's room with a belt, striking her on the back.
