ETSU announces two more arrests in campus armed robbery

More arrests have been made in the armed robbery incident at East Tennessee State University that was reported Tuesday near campus residence halls.

ETSU student Isiaha Devon Milligan, 20, has been charged with robbery. According to an affidavit of complaint, information obtained during the investigation indicated Milligan was one of two robbers involved in the incident near Davis Apartments and Centennial Hall. The search for a second robber was continuing.

Shannon Dapri Ontae Cooley, 19, was charged with facilitation of armed robbery, possession of schedule VI drugs for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia. ETSU said investigators believe that Cooley, who also is a student at ETSU, was not present at the scene when the robbery took place.
