The Appalachian Dharma & Meditation Center (ADMC), 108 W. 10th Ave., Johnson City, is offering free classes on mindful meditation and introduction to Buddhism beginning with a session from 1 to 3 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 8. This is an opportunity for anyone who has ever been interested in discovering more about meditation and Buddhism to learn about the practice.
