East Tennessee State University President Brian Noland took to Twitter Thursday morning to thank ETSU and the community for the "outpouring of support" he has received since being injured in a car crash earlier this week in Johnson City.
"My family and I are humbled by the outpouring of support from #ETSU and the community. Thank you!," Noland writes from his twitter account, @ETSUPrez.
According to ETSU spokesman Joe Smith, Noland remains hospitalized after suffering injuries in the crash that took place Monday afternoon at the intersection of West Watauga Avenue and West Market Street.
