WINCHESTER, Va. — Kyle Boden passed for 247 yards and three touchdowns as Emory & Henry picked up a 37-20 Old Dominion Athletic Conference win at Shenandoah.
Boden had a 62-yard scoring strike to Jacob Hess, a 35-yard touchdown pass to Lucas Kirby and an 18-yard TD toss to Cleo Cooper. Boden finished with 71 net yards rushing, including a 53-yard scoring scramble.
Joe Vaughn had 73 yards rushing to lead the Wasps (5-4, 2-4), including a 19-yard touchdown run.
E&H placekicker Austin Breed had a 22-yard field goal and went 4-for-5 on point after touchdown attempts.
Andrew Smith had 112 yards rushing to lead the Hornets (3-6, 2-4), including a 2-yard scoring run. Smith also collected a 14-yard TD reception from Drew Ferguson, who passed for 104 yards. Ferguson also had a 1-yard scoring sneak.
Emory & Henry’s defense got interceptions from Paul Forney, Clint Peregoy and Ryan Byrd.
