Johnson City mother pleads not guilty to selling daughter into child porn

GREENEVILLE — A Johnson City mother accused with her husband of selling their children into pornography pleaded not guilty to multiple charges this morning in federal court.

Connie Sue McCall, 40, was arraigned on four charges this morning resulting from an August 2011 incident involving one of the children.

The indictment alleges that she and her husband, Ronnie McCall, 61, sold the victim to someone else knowing that the child would be portrayed in a child porn production. She faces a minimum of 30 years to life in federal prison if convicted.

A second count alleges that she used, persuaded or coerced a child to engage in sexual conduct for the purpose of producing child porn. That charge carries 15-30 years.
