ROGERSVILLE - A medical emergency is suspected of triggering a crash Monday morning in Rogersville in which a car veered into a pickup truck at an 11-W intersection.
The incident occurred at approximately 11:30 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 11-W and Park Boulevard.
The driver of a car, an 81 year old Kingsport man, was reportedly traveling west on 11-W may have suffered a medical emergency as he approached the intersection. Police said he apparently didn't attempt to brake prior to impact.
The car reportedly veered into the a Dodge pickup at the intersection, striking the front end of the truck.
Police say the car "bounced" three times before coming to rest on its roof against a guardrail.
The pickup was pushed backwards by the impact and into a school bus.
All three drivers were transported to the Holston Valley Medical Center..
The conditions of the three drivers wasn't available at press time Monday.
