FOREST, Va. — The Old Dominion Athletic Conference named Emory & Henry quarterback Kyle Boden its offensive player of the week on Sunday.
It was the fourth POW award of the senior’s career.
Boden threw for 382 yards in the Wasps’ 61-22 rout of Methodist on Saturday. The Knoxville native completed 29 of 31 passes and threw for five touchdowns. Boden also rushed for 24 yards and a touchdown for 406 yards of total offense.
He hit 93.5 percent passing against the Monarchs ranks as the best in ODAC history.
Emory & Henry is off this weekend. The Wasps open ODAC play on Oct. 5 at Randolph-Macon.
