ETSU students flock to class as fall semester begins

Students began streaming on to the East Tennessee State University campus early Monday morning for the start of the fall 2013 semester.

A new parking lot had just been completed to accommodate the return of students. A new entrance with several turn lanes and a roundabout was also installed just days ago.

Student Aaron Yoakum was among the first students to arrive on campus Monday morning. He got a spot in the new lot. He found it easy enough to find a parking spot but realized it was still early in the semester and that it may become more crowded as the week goes on.
