Students began streaming on to the East Tennessee State University campus early Monday morning for the start of the fall 2013 semester.
A new parking lot had just been completed to accommodate the return of students. A new entrance with several turn lanes and a roundabout was also installed just days ago.
Student Aaron Yoakum was among the first students to arrive on campus Monday morning. He got a spot in the new lot. He found it easy enough to find a parking spot but realized it was still early in the semester and that it may become more crowded as the week goes on.
