BRISTOL — Whether you’re a fan camping out for the Bristol Motor Speedway race this weekend, or a local just looking for something to do on Thursday, Food City Race Night has a little bit of something for everyone.
Now in its 21st year, Race Night will be held today from 1-9 p.m. on State Street and Lori Worley, director of communications for the Bristol TN/VA Convention and Visitors Bureau, said the event will have numerous vendors for participants to visit.
“They’ve got live music, they have free food sampling,” Worley said. “They’ve got car simulators that you can get in and ... see what it’s like to be in a real race car. There’s a lot of different vendors there that Food City works with and they hand out a lot of free goodies and there’s a lot of great stuff for kids.”
