A Carter County man twice arrested on meth-related charges was served Tuesday with an arrest warrant in a new drug case.
Dustin Caleb Potter, 29, 203 Old Charity Hill Road, Elizabethton, faces three counts of promotion of methamphetamine manufacturing and three counts of attempted methamphetamine promotion.
According to an arrest warrant filed this week, Potter pleaded guilty in Carter County on Jan. 15 to misdemeanor charges related to a meth lab discovered in his car in October 2012. Less than a month later, he was arrested again in Carter County when components of a meth lab were found in his car.
