KINGSPORT — A man wielding a pistol reportedly entered a Kingsport pharmacy Sunday night and made away with medication.
Kingsport Police Department Lt. Sean Chambers says the incident occurred at approximately 7:50 p.m. at Berry's Pharmacy, 1717 Fort Henry Drive. The white male reportedly produced a semi-automatic pistol, pointing it at store owner Dave Berry.
The suspect reportedly told Berry he needed pills. After receiving an undisclosed amount of medication, he fled the scene.
