Kingsport man allegedly grabs driver's steering wheel, sparking I-26 crash

An early morning crash on Interstate 26 in Johnson City led to the arrest today of a Kingsport man on a reckless endangerment charge.

Bradley M. Harris, 25, 633 Jackson St., Kingsport, was accused of grabbing the steering wheel from the driver during an argument, causing the vehicle to crash into the bridge over North Roan Street in the eastbound lane of I-26, police said in a news release.
