Peyton Manning shook hands with golfers at the Fox Den Country Club in Farragut on a drizzly and overcast Monday morning, thanking them for supporting his long-running charity tournament.
By Monday afternoon, Manning planned to change into athletic wear and head over to the Tennessee campus to start tossing footballs.
Both the golf and the on-campus workouts are annual traditions.
The Denver Broncos quarterback and UT legend has been coming back to campus so long that many of the newest players on the Vols weren’t even born when he started his college career in 1994.
