GREENEVILLE — A federal judge sentenced a Johnson City doctor who pleaded guilty to receiving misbranded cancer drugs to two years in prison Monday and fined him $10,000.
Dr. William Kincaid, one of three physicians in the partnership that was McLeod Blood and Cancer Center in Johnson City, entered a guilty plea in December to “receiving in interstate commerce a misbranded drug with intent to defraud or mislead.”
After his prison term, Kincaid will serve one year of unsupervised probation.
