Mike Woodward, who posted a 38-37 record in seven seasons at Antioch, has been named football coach at Brentwood.
Brentwood finished 11-2 and advanced to the Class 6A quarterfinals in Mark Pemberton’s only season after taking over for Ron Crawford, who took the Cleveland job last year. Pemberton left earlier this month for Rhea County.
Woodward, 39, is a former assistant at Ravenwood, Centennial and Austin Peay. He led Antioch to five postseason berths, including opening-round wins in 2006 and ’07.
