A woman accused of leaving her infant alone in a hotel room pleaded guilty to a lesser charge and will have the conviction erased from her record next year in a plea agreement reached last week.

In a Washington County Sessions Court hearing Thursday, Strange pleaded guilty to attempted child neglect under the state’s expungement statute.
