KINGSPORT — In the market for a new mechanic?

Check out the new Freedom Collision of Kingsport Inc., now open at 1933 Brookside Drive, just off East Stone Drive in Kingsport.

General Manager Randy Williams said the goal of the shop is to provide 100 percent customer satisfaction.

“Freedom Collision has really raised the bar for collision repair in the Tri-Cities market and is the area’s premier collision center,” Williams said.

He said the shop has invested in state-of-the-art equipment to repair vehicles to their pre-accident condition quickly and correctly the first time.

Williams grew up in the Tri-Cities and has worked here in the collision industry for more than 32 years.

He said that all the technicians who work at Freedom Collision have more than 10 years of experience and are certified by DuPont and I-CAR, the Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair.

Freedom Collision is also a member of DuPont’s Performance Alliance network. DuPont performs regular audits on its Performance Alliance shops to ensure that all repair procedures are world class, Williams said.

In addition to top-notch service, customers can expect a warm and inviting lounge where they can relax, watch television and enjoy free wireless Internet access while technicians assess and service their vehicles.

Freedom Collision is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Free walk-in estimates are available, and the shop will help customers with their insurance companies by request.
