Police were called to a railroad crossing on Colonial Heights Road. They located a Mercury Marquis that had gotten stuck in the gravel along the tracks, with the driver saying she was attempting to turn around. When questioned about an odor of alcohol on her breath she allegedly admitted to drinking an hour before driving. Police also received consent to search her vehicle, reportedly locating a pipe containing marijuana. She was arrested at the scene while a tow truck was called to remove her vehicle.

A man attending a party on Whirlaway Circle allegedly had too much to drink, according to the resident, prompting two women in attendance to hide his keys. He reportedly assaulted the females in an attempt to get them back, with men at the party restraining him until police arrived. The women declined to press charges and arrangements were made for someone to take the man home. But he told police he wasn't leaving with someone he doesn't know, insisting, "just take me to jail." He was arrested for public intoxication.

Police were called to a domestic assault at a Bulls Gap home. The resident said that when she answered a knock at her door a woman burst in demanding to know where her boyfriend is, threatening, "I'm gonna kill him!"
