Power outage delays Times-News delivery of Wall Street Journal
Today's edition of the Wall Street Journal is not available to subscribers who receive it with delivery of their Times-News.
The culprit is a power outage in North Carolina when the edition distributed locally is printed.
Today's issue will be delivered to subscribers with tomorrow's edition of the Times-News.
