A Hawkins County man wanted for the murder of a Church Hill man last week was added to the state's Top 10 most wanted fugitives list Thursday, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

Wilbanks also faces an attempted second-degree murder charge for allegedly shooting a 17-year-old girl in the same incident, Helm said.
