January 18th, 2010 12:00 am by Bill Jones

According to The Greeneville Sun, four people, including two children, were injured shortly before 10 p.m. Sunday when their car left the Erwin Highway and overturned.

Misty D. Walls, 22, of Broyles Road, was driving a 1995 Saturn sedan north on the Erwin Highway (Tennessee Highway 107) when the car veered off the left side of the roadway, traveled down a 20-foot embankment, struck a ditch and overturned approximately four times before coming to rest on its wheels, according to a report.

Walls and three passengers were injured in the single vehicle accident and all four were transported by Greene County-Greeneville Emergency Medical Services ambulances to Laughlin Memorial Hospital, according to the accident report.
