According to the Minneapolis - St. Paul Star Tribune the dancing St. Paul newlyweds who used the fame that followed the viral popularity of their funky YouTube wedding procession video to raise money to fight domestic violence may be about to get their reward.
Beliefnet.com, a leading religious website, has chosen the video, featuring Jill Peterson and Kevin Heinz, among the nominees for its ninth annual Most Inspiring Person of the Year award.
"Instead of seeking endorsements or a reality TV show during their 15 minutes of fame, Jill and Kevin turned their inspirational video into an anti-domestic violence fund-raising tool and have raised thousands of dollars for the Sheila Wellstone Institute to date," the website said.
The video of Peterson, Heinz and 16 attendants dancing down the aisle of a St. Paul church at the couple's June wedding has garnered more than 32 million views on YouTube.
