ROGERSVILLE, Tenn. - Two teenagers insisted Tuesday that a Morristown father accused of fatally choking his foster son had a habit of grabbing people by the throat.
Kyle Perdue, 19, and Martin "Buddy" Hooper, 18, both testified in Hawkins County Circuit Court that Kenneth Wayne Taylor, 55, had in separate incidents grabbed them by the throat. Perdue said Taylor threw him up a flight of stairs. Hooper said Taylor body-slammed him.
But the two former foster children walked away from their alleged experiences with Taylor with entirely different views of the man.
