According to the Chattanooga Times Free Press, the man investigators say caused a fatal traffic accident Friday by standing in the road and daring motorists to hit him has been charged with  vehicular homicide and reckless endangerment.

Dustin Levi, 25, "had been drinking and involved in arguments with his family that continued throughout the day," Hamilton County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Janice Atkinson told the Times Free Press.
