February 12th, 2009 12:00 am by Staff Report

The Bristol Herald Courier is reporting that police are investigating allegations that an St. Anne's Catholic School employee engaged in “inappropriate conduct” with a female student at a different school.

School officials were told  about the investigation of Michael Minnick Sunday.

“Mr. Minnick was immediately placed on administrative leave pending the outcome” of the probe, and “any criminal proceedings that may result,” attorney William Etherington wrote in a statement released Wednesday.

Etherington, whose firm is based in Richmond, said he did not know any details of the allegations, whether charges had been filed against Minnick or which department was investigating.
