The National Weather Service's Morristown bureau says there's a 40 percent chance for snow flurries across SW Va. and NE Tenn. tonight.
Tonight will be cold with the lows of 6 to 9 degree. And it will be windy, which means wind chill factors ranging from 5 to 10 below zero.
Thursday will be sunny with highs in the upper 20s to lower 30s.
