A Ben Hur man is being held under a $5,000 secured bond in relation to an early Saturday morning burglary at Buzz In Market in Ben Hur.
Lee County Sheriff Gary Parsons said his office received a call of a burglary at the store at 4:27 a.m. Saturday, and evidence at the scene led investigators to question Ezra Lee Rogers, 28, P.O. Box 368, who lived nearby.
Rogers allegedly admitted to breaking into the store and taking several cartons of cigarettes and smokeless tobacco products.
Parsons said the tobacco products were recovered from his residence as evidence, and Rogers was charged with grand larceny and breaking and entering.
