Milligan College will hold its commencement ceremony at 2 p.m. in Seeger Memorial Chapel.


Early voting for the Kingsport, Bristol and Bluff City municipal elections will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Election Commission Office, Blountville; at the Kingsport Civic Auditorium; and the YWCA of Bristol.
