Three indicted in Lee County vending machine robberies

JONESVILLE - Two Kentucky men and a woman charged with a recent string of vending machine robberies in Lee County were among the 31 individuals indicted by a Lee County grand jury Friday.


Hershel Dewayne Holland, 33, Coldiron, Ky., was indicted on 16 charges including five counts each of grand larceny, conspiracy and damaging property and one count of possessing burglary tools. Timothy Brock, 44, Loyall, Ky., was indicted on four charges each of grand larceny, conspiracy and destruction of property. Jennifer Leann Witt, 23, Harlan, Ky., was indicted on one count each of grand larceny, conspiracy, damaging property and possession of burglary tools.


Others indicted, and their charges, include:


•David Lee Bailey, 43, 5701 Howard Gap Road, Flat Rock, N.C., bad check.


•Brandon Barnette, 22, Apt. 8, Powell Valley Village Apartments, Jonesville, three counts each break and enter, grand larceny, conspiracy and damage property.


•Brandon Kendall Bledsoe, 27, Route 1, Box 132, Dryden, one count each grand larceny and damage property.


•Adam Blondell, 20, P.O. Box 60, St. Charles, one count each break and enter and grand larceny and two counts conspiracy.


•Allen Todd Bloomer, 29, Route 2, Box 240, Jonesville, one count each break and enter, grand larceny and damage property and two counts conspiracy.


•William Phillips Brooks, 31, P.O. Box 656, Pennington Gap, drive under the influence second or subsequent offense.


•Josh Bruner, 29, P.O. Box 173, Jonesville, grand larceny.


•Terrance James Matthew Clark, 24, 819 E. Morgan Ave., Apt. 4, Pennington Gap, attempt to obtain controlled substances by fraud.


•Donald Lynn Collins, 43, P.O. Box 571, Pennington Gap, three counts of second or subsequent offense distributing oxycodone, and one count of possession of hydrocodone with the intent to resell.


•Adam Wayne Cope, 27, Route 1, Box 414, Jonesville, grand larceny.


•Marty Davis, 37, 819 E. Morgan Ave., Pennington Gap, shoplifting.


•Shondia E. Eldridge, 23, Route 2, Box 41, Rose Hill, make false statement on a firearms consent form.


•Vickie Lynn Fannon, 23, P.O. Box 121, Dryden, break and enter and petit larceny.


•Jason Hale, 20, Route 1, Box 301, Keokee, two counts grand larceny.


•Donald Hartsock, 41, 502 Derby Ave., Pennington Gap, two counts second or subsequent distribution of oxycodone.


•Gene Hartsock, 65, 502 Derby Ave., Pennington Gap, two counts distribute hydrocodone.


•Mandy L. Jessee, 25, Route 1, Box 165-D, St. Charles, break and enter, grand larceny of a firearm.


•Jerry Lee Jones, 28, Route 2, Box 2199, Jonesville, damage property.


•Felisha Kempton, 19, P.O. Box 296, St. Charles, break and enter, grand larceny and two counts conspiracy.


•Patricia Lawson, 19, address unavailable, break and enter, grand larceny and two counts conspiracy.


•Brittany Mays, 20, Route 2, Box 2682, Jonesville, break and enter, grand larceny and two counts conspiracy.


•Rebecca Faye Miller, aka Tammy Bloomer, 30, Route 2, Box 2040, Jonesville, two counts each grand larceny and conspiracy, one count each break and enter, forgery, utter, credit card fraud, and damage property.


•Kevin Moore, 21, P.O. Box 518, Dryden, buy or receive stolen property.


•Lewis Ramey, 26, P.O. Box 171, St. Charles, break and enter, grand larceny and two counts conspiracy.


•Daniel Lee Rivers, 25, Kentucky Avenue, Pennington Gap, loiter within 100 feet of Pennington Middle School after being convicted of a sex offense against a child.


•David Derick Smith, 29, P.O. Box 193, Ben Hur, bad checks.


•Bobby Wayne "Bo" Thomas, 36, P.O. Box 1155, Jonesville, attempted grand larceny and possess burglary tools.


One indictment alleging one charge was ordered sealed by the court.


An indictment is not an indication of guilt, and trials for the accused will be scheduled at a later date.
