Hancock County schools not in session.


Tri-State Antique Power Association will open its 14th annual Appalachian Antique Farm Show at 8 a.m. at the Appalachian Fairgrounds, Gray. Admission is $5 for adults and $4 for senior adults. Children younger than 12 admitted free.


Early voting for the Kingsport, Bristol and Bluff City municipal elections will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Election Commission Office, 3258 Highway 126, Blountville.


Kiwanis Club of Kingsport will meet at noon at the Americourt Hotel, off Stone Drive, Kingsport. The club will play host to a Kingsport Board of Mayor and Aldermen forum.


Hawkins County and Rogersville city schools will hold Escape School, a presentation teaching children how to stay safe in potentially dangerous situations, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the National Guard Armory, Rogersville. Call 921-9621.


Drug Free Communities of the Mountain Empire will sponsor a "Hee Haw" style show at 7 p.m. at Sullivan North High School. Admission is $5.


CASA for Kids Inc. will hold a fund-raising breakfast from 7 to 9:30 a.m. at Rush Street Neighborhood Grill, Stone Drive, Kingsport. Cost is $5.

Items collected include computer-related materials, television sets, fluorescent tube lights, home chemicals, paint products, lawn and garden products, medicines, batteries, automotive chemicals and pool chemicals. Michael Bonventre, with "Fight Back" Anti-Drug Dealer Solutions, will speak from 9 to 11 a.m. at Northeast State Technical Community College, Blountville, and from 1 to 3 p.m. at Mountain Empire Community College, Big Stone Gap.


Spring Garden Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Exchange Place Living History Farm, Orebank Road, Kingsport. Admission is $1 for adults and 50 cents for children.
