Early voting for the Kingsport, Bristol and Bluff City municipal elections will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Election Commission Office, 3258 Highway 126, Blountville.


Tri-Cities Airport Commission will meet at 10 a.m. at Tri-Cities Regional Airport.


Washington County Library, Gray, will offer story time for children 3 to 5 at 10 a.m. and for children 18 to 35 months at 11 a.m. with the theme "The Wild, Wild West."


Wellmont Health System's Marsh Regional Blood Center will hold public blood drives from 1 to 6 p.m. at Food City, Pennington Gap, and from 1 to 4 p.m. at Church Hill Health Care. Donors must be 17 or older, weigh 110 pounds or more, and be in good health. Call 224-5888.


Kingsport Board of Mayor and Aldermen will hold a budget work session at 4:30 p.m. in the large courtroom, second floor, City Hall.


Hawkins County Board of Education and the Hawkins County Commission will hold a joint work session at 6 p.m. in the boardroom at the Department of Education building.


Hawkins County Industrial Board will meet at 6 p.m. at the Kenner House, Rogersville.


Lincoln Memorial University alumni will meet at 6 p.m. at Piccadilly Restaurant, Fort Henry Mall, Kingsport. An update on campus activities will be presented.


Gate City High School Class of 1957 will hold a planning meeting for its 50-year reunion at 6:30 p.m. at the Lynn Garden Restaurant, Kingsport.


Greater Indian Springs Community Chest will hold a called directors meeting at 7 p.m. at the Warriors Path State Park picnic pavilion at the Boundless Playground.


Washington County Commission city-county liaison committee will meet at 7 p.m. at Johnson City City Hall.


Free Will Baptist Family Ministries will hold an information meeting on foster parenting at 7 p.m. at River of Life Free Will Baptist Church, Piney Flats. Call Deborah Naron at 638-3180 or Sarah Behtz at 470-2122.

Tri-State Antique Power Association will open its 14th annual Appalachian Antique Farm Show at 8 a.m. at the Appalachian Fairgrounds, Gray. Admission is $5 for adults and $4 for senior adults. Children younger than 12 admitted free.

Hawkins County and Rogersville city schools will hold Escape School, a presentation teaching children how to stay safe in potentially dangerous situations, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the National Guard Armory, Rogersville. Call 921-9621.


Drug Free Communities of the Mountain Empire will sponsor a "Hee Haw" style show at 7 p.m. at Sullivan North High School. Admission is $5.
