JOHNSON CITY - Calvin Clifton has joined E. Roberts Alley & Associates, Inc. (ERA&A) as business development manager in the firm's Johnson City office.


Clifton serves as a director of the Tennessee Chapter of the American Public Works Association. He is the graduate of the Leadership Kingsport and Leadership McMinn programs, and is active in various Kingsport community activities.


Previously, Clifton was a marketing and projects manager with Anderson & Associates, and has been involved in marketing and project management in the Tri-Cities area. He served as public works director in Athens, Tenn., and as water/wastewater systems manager in Kingsport.


Calvin and his wife Leslie, and children Megan and Peyton, attend Mountain View United Methodist Church in Kingsport.


ERA&A is a full-service civil and environmental consulting engineering firm.


Clifton's office is located at 101 Fountain Place Building, Suite 3A, E. Main St., Johnson City.

Landmark GIS Inc. is a high-technology business that provides geographic information systems consulting services to a variety of industries, including municipalities, natural resource management and real estate. As a GIS technician, Holmes will focus on data collection, GIS database development, and maintaining the Landmark GIS Web site at www.landmarkgis.com.
