Ribbon cutting for Centre Ville Spa & Salon

KINGSPORT, Tenn. – The Kingsport Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon cutting for Centre Ville Spa & Salon, Thursday, October 29, at 10 a.m. at 114 East Market Street, downtown Kingsport.

Centre Ville is a full-service day spa and hair salon set in a unique, eclectic and upscale environment in one of Urban Synergy's recently refurbished brick storefronts located in downtown Kingsport.

Centre Ville has been open for 17 months and is centrally located near Broad and Center Street.

Centre Ville offers massages, body treatments, facials, spa manicures, spa pedicures, cuts, color, textures, makeup applications and consultations.

Kingsport resident and owner Leslie Hunt chose Kingsport to open Centre Ville due to her strong belief in the downtown Kingsport revitalization effort.

"When many of our clients found out we would be opening our own spa and salon, they requested that we locate in downtown Kingsport for their convenience," Hunt said.

In addition, Centre Ville offers a unique line of spa retail products.

"We are proud to offer fabulous products that include Bumble and Bumble hair care, Pevonia skin care, Motives Custom Cosmetics, Haken and Cuccio body lotions and butter, as well as Isotonix nutritional supplements."

Centre Ville will be hosting a Breast Cancer Research fundraiser called "Pink Cheek" Saturday, October 31. A portion of the proceeds from Halloween makeup applications, makeup consultations and retail sales will be donated to the Susan B. Komen Foundation.

Hours of operation are Tuesday to Saturday 9 a.m. until last appointment.
