The TWRA Tennessee Safe Boating Course, a two-night class offered by the Tri-Cities Boating Club, will be held Tuesday, April 23 and Thursday, April 25, from 5:30-8 p.m. each night, at the Northeast State Humanities Building, Room H-148.
