• CHURCH HILL/MOUNT CARMEL/Surgoinsville is registering for baseball (ages 7-8 pitching machine, 9-12 and 13-15) and T-ball (ages 4-6) in February. Bracket is determined by the child’s age as of Sept. 30, 2017; a copy of your child’s birth certificate is required. Registration fee is $20 for city residents and $30 for county residents. • ELIZABETHTON/CARTER COUNTY Youth Baseball-Softball Association will hold baseball signups for kids ages 4-12 every Saturday in February from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Parks and Recreation office. Parents must bring the child’s birth certificate.
