In the nightcap, Clintwood blew past Thomas Walker 70-17.
The Lady Greenwave (17-7) will face the Lady Blue Devils (18-6) in Saturday’s 6:30 p.m. championship game at the Virginia-Wise basketball arena.
Clintwood clinched Conference 48’s top seed to next week’s regionals with its 52-51 playoff victory over Castlewood at J.I. Burton on Monday night.
Clintwood, which helped force 31 Thomas Walker turnovers, got 19 points from Kayla Mullins and 10 from Samantha Stanley on Wednesday. Samantha Stevens and Emily Artrip added nine apiece. Katlyn Phillips and Kristen Fletcher had six assists apiece, Stevens had five and Ivvy Gulley had four.
Ginny Carter had seven rebounds for the Lady Pioneers (7-15), who scored only one point in the third quarter.
In the opener, Castlewood got 13 points and nine rebounds from Kacie Jessee, who said she looked forward to a day’s rest after her team’s five-game marathon.
McKinley Issacs, Lexie Kennedy and Sydney Elam scored 11 points apiece for the Lady Blue Devils. Korey Purtee hit three 3-pointers on her way to 10.
Elam contributed nine points off the bench during the second quarter, which saw Castlewood outscore the Lady Spartans 25-14. Emily Higgins added four points and two steals off the bench in that period.
Erin Stanley scored nine points to lead the Lady Spartans (12-12).
