KINGSPORT — The Kingsport Mets’ scheduled Appalachian League baseball game with the Greeneville Astros was postponed Wednesday night due to inclement weather.

The game has been rescheduled as part of a doubleheader Sunday. First pitch is at 5 p.m. with the gates opening at 4:30 p.m.

The second game will start 30 minutes immediately following the completion of the first game. Fireworks that had been slated to follow Wednesday’s game will be rescheduled later in the season.
