Staff Report • May 17, 2013 at 3:22 PM

KINGSPORT — Season tickets for the Kingsport Mets are on sale now, and K-Mets fans who buy before June 1 get a discount.

Before June 1, fans may purchase reserved season tickets for $100 and general admission season tickets for $50. After that, the prices rise to their regular rates of $120 for reserved and $70 for general admission.

Reserved season ticket holders get to personally choose their seats at Hunter Wright Stadium and have their names on the back of the seats.

Also available for purchase are undated general admission season tickets. Buyers receive 34 undated tickets to use at any home games throughout the year.

Individual game tickets go on sale June 1. Tickets are $6 for reserved seating, $4 for adult general admission, and $3 general admission for children (12 and under), senior citizens (55 and older) or those with a military ID. For groups of 25 or more, tickets are $3 for general admission.

The Mets play 68 scheduled Appalachian League games, including 34 at home from mid-June through August. They open at home June 20 with a three-game series against the Johnson City Cardinals.
