With just 12 regular events left in the Golden Corral of Kingsport Tri-Cities PGA Pro-Am Series, the PGA Partners Circle is beginning to take shape.

As of Monday’s pro-am at Clinchview, 12 players had earned the minimum of 66 points and earned entry into the Partners Circle.

At season’s end, all Partners Circle qualifiers will be invited to the Final Pro-Am, which will be held this year at Warriors Path Golf Course on Oct. 24. The invitation includes cart, pro-am fee, shirt, dinner and gift certificate.

The 12 players who already reached the 66-point plateau and Partners Circle status were John Minor (77 points), Bill West (77), Frank Mullins (75), Rick Hensley (74), Sam Browder (71), Alex Hall (71), Linville Benton (70), Walt Skeens (70), David Speaks (69), Tom Coates (68), Vernon Smith (67) and Dewey Lewis (66).

The next pro-am will be at Glenrochie Country Club in Abingdon.
