Mets drop another game to Princeton

KINGSPORT — There was a whole lot of slugging going on at Hunter Wright Stadium Wednesday night.

Too bad for the Kingsport Mets that Princeton accounted for a bit more of it.

The Rays (24-25) cranked out four doubles, two triples and a couple of home runs en route to a 9-4 victory.

Bearing the brunt of it early was starter Eduardo Aldama (1-2), who trailed by six runs after his first three frames in the Appalachian League contest.
