Authorities say a Big Stone Gap, Va., man has been charged with two counts of burglary, two counts of theft over $1,000, two counts of vandalism and theft under $500 following a recent investigation.According to a press release from the Washington County Sheriff's Office, Adam Scott Mitchell, 30, was arrested Wednesday as a fugitive from justice after a routine traffic stop.
