Police are searching for Rodney Ray “Baby Ray” Gilbert. Gilbert is wanted on charges of kidnapping, aggravated robbery, three counts of auto burglary, two counts of theft over $1,000 and two counts of felony vandalism.

That incident brought about the kidnapping, aggravated robbery and one of the theft over $1,000 charges.

Another incident occurred on Jan. 12 when Gilbert was alleged to have broken into three vehicles and stolen personal property while the owners of the vehicles worshiped in a nearby church. This incident brought the auto burglary and felony vandalism charges.

The last incident stemmed from an incident that happened on Feb. 4 at Walmart on Stone Drive. Gilbert was alleged to have shoplifted miscellaneous camping equipment, estimated to be worth around $1,300.
