A wanted Johnson City man was arrested Wednesday night after Johnson City police responded to a home where he was reportedly cooking methamphetamine while he, two females and a 5-year-old were inside.
According to a Sessions Court affidavit, police responded to 107 Captains Lane after they received information that Kyle A. White, 34, 1201 E. 8th Ave., Apt. 4, was allegedly inside making methamphetamine and that a small child was also in the home.
Police said they knocked on the front door that was not fully shut and upon entering the home through the open door they made contact with a female sitting on the couch. The female was asked outside due to the strong odor in the home and another female, identified as a resident in the home, was walking through the hallway inside and was also asked by officers to step outside.
