A Kingsport woman on probation for possessing drugs for resale faces the same charge again, with police saying she obtained the Oxycodone in Tuesday night's bust through TennCare benefits.

Her son, Charles R. Dugger, 19, was present when police executed the search. He allegedly had a marijuana pipe, prompting his arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia.

A pair of neighbors located at the Dugger's home were also arrested. Tenaya M. Fields, 37, of 540 Virgil Ave., allegedly possessed muscle relaxer without a prescription. Kingsport police say Brandon A. Bledsoe, 29, of 470 Virgil Ave., was in possession of hydrocodone.
