Victim identified in fatal Morristown crash

KNOXVILLE — The victim of a fatal of crash in Hamblen County on Friday night was identified as a 41-year-old Morristown man, police said.

Authorities say alcohol is suspected and charges are pending in the three-vehicle crash that killed Moises Lujan Panting-Doninelli, according to Maj. Michelle Jones of the Morristown Police Department.

The collision was reported at 7:19 p.m. on E. Andrew Johnson Highway, in front of Russellville Elementary School, when a Chevy pickup struck a tractor-trailer head-on.
