The suspects have been identified by the Scott County Sheriff's Office as Charles Henry Bradley, 38, of Big Stone Gap and Douglas Perry Oneill, 56, of Norton. Christy Dawn Lee, 32, of Big Stone Gap, was also arrested.
Both Bradley and Oneill are charged with abduction, malicious wounding, robbery and conspiracy, while Lee is charged with robbery and conspiracy.
According to the SCSO, the charges stem from an incident that took place May 25 at about 4 a.m. at a residence on Purchase Ridge Road.
Scott County authorities said Oneill, Bradley and Lee forced their way into the 57-year-old man's home before beating and robbing him of medication.
The trio allegedly tied up the victim with a combination of duct tape, wire and tubing before ransacking his home, investigators said.
They allegedly took his wallet before making off with an undisclosed amount of prescription medications.
The victim was reportedly left bound by his alleged assailants but was able to free himself just enough several hours later to make his way to a neighbor's home. The neighbor reportedly helped the victim remove what remained of the binding.
Following the alleged invasion, the victim was transported to an area hospital where he was treated for injuries, reportedly including several broken ribs, sustained in the break-in.
Authorities said they began their investigation into the break-in immediately after responding to the victim's home and processing evidence.
Both Oneill and Lee were arrested Wednesday afternoon. Bradley was reportedly taken into custody by Scott County deputies on June 6.
Wise County authorities assisted in the investigation with their Scott County counterparts.
Both Oneill and Bradley were being held without bond in the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail in Duffield. Lee was released from the regional jail on a $5,000 secured bond.
Preliminary hearings in Scott County General District Court for all three are pending.
