In October 2012, U.S. Solutions Group, Inc. opened its first call center in Tennessee, investing $4.1 million and creating 548 jobs.
“We have not only moved to a new site and new location in Bristol, Tenn., but are now in a position to continue to grow and create jobs for the community,” U.S. Solutions Group, Inc. Director of Operations Sean Cook said. “Over the next two months we will be hiring over 120 employees to meet our clients’ increased volume and are looking forward to additional growth through the end of the year as we hit the peak season for our clients.”
Sullivan County Mayor Steve Godsey noted: “While many companies are looking at ways to trim their workforce and their business expenses, it is wonderful to be a part of an announcement of U.S. Solutions Group expanding. We congratulate the company on this great news.”

Services include billing support, hotlines, technical support, web inquiry support and other customer service.
